Because each item is specially sourced from Japan and Korea just for you, we are currently unable to offer returns or refunds for sizing, fit, or change of mind. Out of Stock Items
If an item you ordered becomes out of stock or is discontinued by our overseas partners, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
